MAPPIN is a partner API gateway that unifies travel data from multiple providers (like HotelBeds, Rezlive, Travellanda, and more) into a single, consistent API. Instead of integrating each provider separately, you connect to MAPPIN once and get access to all of them through one clean REST interface.
Most developers make their first successful API call within 5 minutes of signing up. Full production integration typically takes a few hours to a couple of days depending on your use case. Our interactive API playground and copy-paste code examples make it fast.
We currently support 6+ major travel data providers including HotelBeds, Rezlive, Travellanda, Dida, Restel, and more. We're constantly adding new providers based on customer demand. Have a specific provider in mind? Reach out and we'll prioritize it.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices including secure API key management, audit logs, and regular security audits. Payments are processed via HDFC SmartGateway with PCI-DSS compliance.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through HDFC SmartGateway. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing, bank transfers, and custom payment terms. Contact our sales team for enterprise billing options.
We'll notify you via email and in-dashboard alerts when you approach your daily limit. If exceeded, requests are queued (not rejected) and you can either wait for the next cycle or upgrade instantly to a higher plan. We never charge overage fees without your approval.
