By using the MAPPIN service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

MAPPIN provides a unified partner API gateway that aggregates travel data (countries, cities, hotels) from multiple providers into a single normalized interface.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the API for illegal purposes or to violate any regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overwhelm the service
  • Resell or redistribute raw MAPPIN data without written permission
  • Share your API keys with third parties
  • Exceed the rate limits assigned to your plan

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Rate Limits & Quotas

Every plan has daily and monthly quotas plus burst limits. Exceeding these limits will result in 429 Too Many Requests responses. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. Check assist@rpconnect.travel for real-time status.

7. Intellectual Property

MAPPIN and its logo are trademarks of Red Carpet Travel Services Private Limited. All API responses and derived data are for use in your own applications under your MAPPIN subscription.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAPPIN is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
